Les videos .flv ou .vlc (ainsi que beaucoup d'autres)  peuvent être lues avec le programme gratos "VLC Media Player" qui se trouve sur Internet notamment à l'adresse suivante: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
Ce logiciel multi-plateformes  ne nécéssite pas d'installation sous windoze (pas d'appel à la base de registres) .Vous pouvez donc par exemple le graver sur un cd ou un dvd et il pourra lire les videos qui s'y trouvent sans necessiter d'installation sur le disque dur..
